With our 365 Day Returns policy, we promise that you will fall head-over-heels for your eyewear or accessories. It's simple—if you are unsatisfied, we will make it right.
- First, contact our Customer Service Team. They'll need your name, order number, a reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Next, our Customer Service Team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that should be written prominently in the address portion of your return package. (Items without an RMA number will not be eligible for return.)
- And finally, our Customer Service Team will send you a postage label for your free return. Affix the label to your package with the RMA number clearly marked in the address field, and mail. That's it!
- Within five days of receiving your return, we'll inspect the shipment and apply a credit to the payment method used for the original order, or ship a replacement item to you at no charge. Whatever you decide.
